Water Gun VFX Effect

I was asked by a member on ArtStation yesterday if I was able to create a water gun effect from Pokemon with the art style around the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. I used this link as my reference. http://pokemon.wikia.com/wiki/File:Byron_Omanyte_Omastar_Water_Gun.png. I used Photoshop to make the materials and attempted Cel- Shading on each element. I had fun getting the look down as I created a smaller and bigger version of the water gun effect. The water on the ground is for when the attack misses an enemy. Thank you for watching!
